2.1 Vigo Platform and/Or Service User Guide
(a) Vigo grants you the right to use and access the Vigo Platform so that you may perform activities for your work at Vigo subject to specific terms and conditions.
(b) You agree to comply with any and all instructions, notices, operating regulations and policies and guidelines relating to the use of the Service and/or access to the Vigo Platform, as well as as any adjustments to the foregoing provisions issued by Vigo from time to time. 2.2 Restricted Activities

(c) knowingly gain unauthorized access to or interfere with or disrupt computer systems or networks connected to the Vigo Platform or the Services;
(d) post, advertise or otherwise transmit through the Vigo Platform or the Service any Prohibited Material;
(e) interfere with another person’s use of the Vigo Platform or the Services;
(f) use or post any software or materials, in any way that you have reason to suspect that such software or materials contain viruses, corrupting elements, malicious code or other harmful components that could weaken or corrupt data on the Vigo Platform or damage or interfere with another Customer’s computer or mobile device or the Vigo Platform or the Service ;
(g) use the Vigo Platform or the Services not in accordance with the permitted use policy of any connected computer network, any Internet usage standards and any applicable laws apply;
(h) change, modify, copy, transmit, distribute, provide and create tools similar to the Services provided by Vigo to a third party without Vigo’s consent]; and
(i) acts of discrediting Vigo and/or the Vigo Platform in any form such as causing disunity among Vendors by using a second registered name, through a third party or by propaganda , disseminating information that is not conducive to the reputation of Vigo and/or the Vigo Platform.
2.3 Availability of Vigo Platform and Services
The User agrees that Vigo may, from time to time, upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue or remove, in whole or in part, the Vigo Platform or any Service on the Vigo Platform. in accordance with the provisions of the law.

3. SERVICE USAGE
3.1 Restrictions : The Customer has breached or acted in breach of the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use and the User has been temporarily or permanently suspended from the use of any part of the Service. 3.2 General Terms of Use : You agree to:

(b) ensure that any information or data posted or created by you on the Vigo Platform or in connection with your use of the Service is accurate and that you agree to assume full responsibility for such information and data. whether that.

4. OWNER OF VIGO USER ACCOUNT
4.1 Username/Password : Certain Services provided on the Vigo Platform may require you to create a Vigo User Account or require you to provide Personal Data. If you require to create a Vigo User Account, the Username and Password may be:
(a) identified and issued to you by Vigo; or
(b) provided by you and accepted by Vigo in Vigo’s sole discretion regarding use of the Services and/or access to the Vigo Platform. Vigo reserves the right, at any time, to request that you update your Personal Data or immediately cancel the validity of your Username and/or Password and will not be liable for any Injury. Loss suffered by you either caused by you or for any reason related to Vigo’s claim or cancellation. You agree to change your Password from time to time and keep your Username and Password confidential and keep your Vigo User Account confidential and solely responsible for any disclosure or use of the Username and/ or Password (whether such use is authorized or not).
(c) Users may receive promotional emails, SMS text messages and/or in-app messages or notifications from Vigo in a manner consistent with Vigo’s policies and applicable laws. In the event that the User does not wish to continue to receive such notifications, the User has the right to opt-out by clicking on the link displayed at the bottom of the notice or by resetting the Vigo User Account.

6. INFORMATION USERS PROVIDE TO VIGO
6.1 You grant Vigo a non-exclusive right to use the materials or information you provide on the Vigo Platform and/or provide to Vigo, including but not limited to questions, reviews, comments and suggestions (collectively, “ User Information ”). When you post a comment or review on the Vigo Platform, you are also granting Vigo the right to use the name you use or the Username that your review, comment or other content has on. You may not use fake email, impersonate another person or use an email address to mislead Vigo or third parties regarding User Submissions. 7. END OF USAGE
7.1 Termination by Vigo : Vigo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Vigo Platform or use of any part of the Service or delete your Vigo User Account in the following cases:
(a) you breach the provisions of these Terms of Use, additional terms or policies specific to the Service;
(b) Vigo acts as required by law, or as required by a competent authority or by order of a court;
(c) Vigo has grounds to believe that your conduct has caused harm or loss to users, third parties, or Google – for example, attack, fraud, harassment, spamming, deception others or copy content that does not belong to you;

7.2 Termination by You : You have the right to discontinue accessing the Vigo Platform or using the Services at your sole discretion. 8. NOTIFICATION
8.1 Notices From Vigo : All notices or other communications are considered sent to you if:
(a) sent to you via any print or electronic method that Vigo chooses, shall be deemed to have been communicated to you on the date the notice is published or broadcast; or
(b) mailed or delivered to your address, shall be deemed to have been received by you on the date of signing the notice.
8.2 Notice From You : You may only give Vigo notice in writing sent to our registered office address or Vigo’s designated email address or by contacting us through our department. customer service at HERE, and Vigo will only be deemed to have received the notice after signing for it (if the notice is sent in writing). 1.6. “ Vigo ”, “ we ”, “ our ” refers to Zeus Technology Co., Ltd., a company incorporated and operating under Vietnamese law under the Business Registration Certificate No. 0316407289, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment. Ho Chi Minh City Planning and Investment granted the first registration on July 27, 2020 (as amended from time to time), headquartered at 42 Ngo Quang Huy, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, City Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

1.12. “ Vigo Platform ” means (i) a mobile application named Vigo used on mobile devices with Android and iOS operating systems registered to act as an application used by users to serve the work of users in sales activities.
1.13.“ Privacy Policy ” means the privacy policy set forth at vigoretailcom .
1.14.“ Products ” means the goods and services traded by Vigo on the Vigo Platform.
1.15. “ Prohibited Material ” means any information, graphics, photographs, data and/or any other material that contains:
(a) contains a computer virus or intrusive code, destructive code or other harmful program;
(b) infringes any Intellectual Property or any other proprietary right of a third party;
(c) defamatory, libelous or threatening;
(d) is obscene, obscene, indecent, forgery, fraudulent, stealing, harmful, or otherwise illegal under applicable law; and/or
(e) deemed offensive and/or objectionable in our sole opinion.
1.16. “ Services ” means the services, information and functions provided by us on the Vigo Platform.
1.17. “ User Provided Information ” is defined in Article 6.1 of these Terms of Use.
1.18. “ Terms and Conditions of Sale of Goods ” means the terms and conditions governing Customer’s purchase of Products.
1.19. “ Terms of Use ” means the terms and conditions governing Customer’s use of the Vigo Platform and/or the Services.
1.20. “ Trademark ” means any sign used to distinguish the goods or services of different organizations or individuals, including trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos used and displayed on the Vigo Platform, including registered and unregistered Trademarks of Vigo or third parties.
1.21. “ Username ” is the name or unique login identifier to identify the Salesperson who has an account with Vigo.
1.22. “ Discount Code ” means a promotional code, offer, discount voucher that you may use, subject to other terms and conditions, to pay for purchases made on the Vigo Platform .
1.23. “ You ” and “ your ” refer to individuals 18 years of age or older or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1.24. “ Business Day ” means the day on which banks are normally open for business in Vietnam (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).
1.25. “ Return Policy ” means the return policy set forth at www.vigoretail.in/return-policy.
