Orders placed before 24h00 every day will be delivered by Vigo on the next working day (except public holidays) or at the latest after the next 05 (five) working days. In the event that Vigo cannot deliver within the above time period, Vigo will share information with customers and customers can request to cancel the order if they want without incurring any other costs.

In each location, Vigo has Delivery Partners who will be responsible for delivering and sending Delivery Notes to customers according to each order that the customer has ordered. 5. Delivery documents When receiving the goods, the delivery staff will deliver the delivery note to the customer. The delivery note is printed in 2 copies, one of which will be sent to the customer, one copy for the customer to sign and receive and will be brought back by the delivery staff. VAT invoice will be sent to customer within 24 hours after the order is successfully delivered.
5. Check the goods upon delivery
When receiving the product from the delivery staff, you can open the seal of the box to check the goods (quantity, color, condition, type, size …). However, this inspection will not include opening the seal of the product inside. After checking and accepting the goods, you sign 1 copy of the Delivery Note, and keep the other copy of the Delivery Note accompanying the product.
